I am a husband and father with over two decades of weight training and professional leadership experience on multi-million dollar projects. I started coaching others in 2018 when others began to see my progress and ask me for advice. I’m a recovering skinny guy who used to weigh 135 lbs and did a lot of running.
I have broken multiple state Powerlifting records and also compete in Strongman.
I’ve had the honor to work with competitive athletes, career professionals, and homemakers on their journey to a High Calling — mentally and physically.
As an ISSA-certified fitness professional with over 10 years of coaching and personal training experience, I can help you set realistic goals and transform your health and your life for the better. I have helped numerous people reach levels they thought they could never achieve — and I promise that your journey will be no different.

I’m Amanda Kroeker, a wife, mom, and coach passionate about helping you feel your best inside and out. I’ve been lifting consistently since 2014, drawing from over 12 years previously as a competitive gymnast. My experience in various strength disciplines and being an NPC bodybuilding competitor while balancing motherhood with training has taught me how to navigate the challenges of staying healthy and strong while managing a busy life.

I’m Emily, wife to Coach Justin. I work behind the scenes to support many aspects of what we do here. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and counseling women in nutrition, training, and overall health — areas I’m passionate about. Fitness is a big part of our family life, and Justin, our kids, and I train together regularly.
My own fitness journey started when I was eight weeks postpartum with our fourth child. I had never touched a barbell before and couldn’t even press the bar overhead at first. But through consistent effort, I’ve come to love lifting and feel stronger and healthier than I did at 25. I know firsthand the challenges of balancing motherhood and fitness, and I hope to share what I’ve learned to help other women improve their health and quality of life.
